One of Detroit's pillars for arts and culture. Brought onto the Lafayette American team to create multiple directions for the Opera's brand identity system for round one of design. Presented here is one direction that ultimately was not chosen, but combined the historical lineage of the theater and opera as an art form with the modern and progressive visions that lead the Detroit Opera. The mark takes inspiration from opera glasses and the overall exploration focuses on the opera Frida to concept the brand's system in application.
